Below you’ll find a quick video on how to strip the images from a zip file or folder of a public domain book or magazine….anything that has separate image files. This is done by using Googles free image analyzer, sorter and editor called Picasa It’s a pretty cool tool and the technique shown in the video is new to me.

The author of the video, downloads a couple of books for project gutenberg and then extracts the images from the download….pretty cool way to scarf up those new images. I’m going to have to give it a try.
