If you are selling public domain images than you probably have at least one static webpage up and running to sell your products. Although this is a good strategy, it isn’t the best strategy. By adding a blog to your website you can gain a lot more exposure and website traffic due to the inner workings and dynamic nature of a wordpress blog. Below I describe a product that can help you sell more public domain images by incorporating a wordpress blog in your static website….

I do a lot of work with Xsitepro. It’s a fantastic platform for
creating websites….fast! Better yet, just about anybody can get online
quickly if they use xsitepro. Surprisingly there is another way to get
online quickly and easily…that’s by using a blog, in particular a
WordPress blog. In a perfect world I would use a wordpress blog and add

You might wonder how to find public domain images or how to work with public domain images…the Easy Money Picture Project is a manual on how to find, work with and make money from public domain images.

Public Domain Website – Free Photos!

Below you’ll find a quick video on how to strip the images from a zip file or folder of a public domain book or magazine….anything that has separate image files. This is done by using Googles free image analyzer, sorter and editor called Picasa It’s a pretty cool tool and the technique shown in the video is new to me.

I guess you can learn something about public domain works and how to manipulate them every day

The author of the video, downloads a couple of books for project gutenberg and then extracts the images from the download….pretty cool way to scarf up those new images. I’m going to have to give it a try.

Public Domain Images – Importing with Picasa

By the way, search for this video, grabbed it and dragged it into my post using Video Utility Poster. It took me less than 3 minutes to view the video, write the short into and place in the post….you can do it too……its a fantasic tool for blogging.

This isn’t the prettiest piece of work done with public domain images….but it is creative….I think

Just goes to show you, the sky’s the limit when it comes to working with public domain images.

A Public Domain Mess

Have you been over to the Free Artistic Photos site lately. The author continues to add some very nice public domain images for you to use where you wish.

The size of these images make them perfect to use for website graphics. You can use them for header and footer grahics. You can use them in virtual covers like ebook covers, software boxes, cd/dvd covers or anything you might need.

The best part is that since they are public domain images, you can create a graphic and sell it, and you can sell….resell rights to that product without worrying about image rights…..Pretty cool huh?
